Histology Technician

The Pinehurst Medical Clinic is currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Histology Technician.  Candidates for this position must be able to perform all aspects of the daily operation of the histology laboratory, including processing, embedding, slide preparation, staining, antibody titer preparation, equipment maintenance, supply and reagent inventory maintenance, and record retention. An Associates degree or Bachelors degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program required. HT or HTL certified by ASCP or eligible.


Clinical Research Coordinator

The Pinehurst Medical Clinic is seeking a Research Coordinator for our growing Clinical Trials Program. This position is responsible for case management of study patients including recruitment, screening, enrollment, overseeing patient care through out the clinical course of the trial, communicating between the patient, physician and sponsor to include completion of study documentation to insure compliance with the protocols.  Computer skills are preferred but not required. Position includes limited overnight travel to attend study meetings.  RN or LPN preferred, but an experienced research coordinator will be considered.


PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist

This PRN position assists physicians in pulmonary function testing and aids nursing personnel whenever possible.  Candidates must have proficient knowledge of pulmonary testing and the problems associated with a pulmonary patient. In addition, the Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all pulmonary equipment. Candidates must have current NC certification, the ability to run a 12-lead EKG, office Spirometry, and blood gas testing equipment and must be able to work flexible daytime hours.
