Contacting Your Pinehurst Medical Clinic Specialist

When you have a question or need something, don't hesitate to call us; we're here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Why would you need to call us? Some examples are:

  • You don't feel well
  • You have a question about a medication
  • You have a question about something your Specialist has told you,
  • You want to schedule an appointment with your PMC Specialist
What telephone number do I call?

Between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (except holidays) call our offices at the number listed under the Physician Directory section of the web site. During all other hours, call First Health Moore Regional Hospital at (910) 715-1000 and ask for the Pinehurst Medical Clinic Physician on-call.

When I call the office, who will answer my call?

When calling during regular business hours (8:00 am – 4:30 pm), your call will first be answered by one of our medical secretaries. In order to ensure your call is always answered by a person (instead of voice mail) we have a team of secretaries supporting your specialist.  Therefore, your call will not always be answered by the same secretary. For medical issues, the secretary will refer your call to your physician’s nurse or directly to your physician.

What if I just want to speak with my Doctor or Nurse?
