Candace joined PMC in 2000 as a clinic nurse. A relocation took her to Arizona, where she had the pleasure of being a hospice nurse. Candace’s nursing career holds experience in cardiology, pulmonary, oncology, internal medicine, and gastroenterology. In 2006, she returned to PMC and served in our Coumadin Clinic managing anticoagulation therapy until 2015, when she transitioned to her current position where her passion for educating patients shines. She conducts Annual Wellness Visits and serves on our diabetes care team. Candace is currently studying to become a Certified Diabetes Educator. She loves being a part of a team of wellness professionals who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and schooling to collaborate and work together with common goal of helping our patients reduce health risks while improving their overall health.
