Courtney Buck, MS, RD LDN

Health Coach

Courtney joined PMC in January 2018. Recently moving to the Pinehurst area she was excited to find a warm and welcoming practice to join. Being part of a military family and moving around the country, she has gained experience working in several different settings with a variety of populations.  She conducts Annual Wellness Visits, counsels on weight loss through behavior change or help you manage your diabetes by teaching you how your body processes different foods through Diabetes Self-Management Education and Medical Nutrition Therapy.

Courtney’s philosophy is that health and wellness is not just about the number on the scale.  There are several physical and mental components that contribute to your total well-being. She believes nutrition is specific to each individual and enjoys getting to know each patient, educating them about nutrition, and witnessing their success and “Ah-Ha” moments.
