PMC COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment:
PMC follows the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Criteria. Check eligibility here.
If you do not meet NCDHHS criteria, please do not book an appointment as it will not be confirmed.

  1. PMC’s COVID-19 Vaccine allocation from the State is limited, and appointments may book quickly.
  2. Non-PMC patients will be contacted for additional registration information.
  3. PMC will register you with the NC COVID-19 Vaccine Management System, if you are not already in the system.
