PMC COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment:
ALL PMC facility follow North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) COVID-19 Vaccine Guidance requiring facemask. Non-PMC patients will be contacted for additional registration information. PMC will register you with the NC COVID-19 Vaccine Management System, if you are not already in the system.

PMC COVID-19 Supplemental/Booster Doses:
Following the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), PMC currently offers the Moderna COVID-19 Supplemental / Booster shot to individuals with a weakened immune system who received the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Examples of those with weakened immune systems include, but are not limited to, those who have had a solid organ transplant such as a kidney or lung, have advanced or untreated HIV, or are undergoing chemotherapy or receiving other immune-suppressing treatment.
