Pinehurst Medical Clinic is committed to keeping you informed about COVID-19. PMC is working closely with the state, local health departments, and FirstHealth to ensure patients have access to the COVID-19 Vaccine.

 

Beginning January 14, 2021, North Carolinians 65 or older can schedule their COVID-19 Vaccine. 
*Vaccine Scheduling is dependent upon vaccine availability which remains extremely limited in many areas.

FirstHealth is providing the number of COVID-19 doses we have received from the state and the number we have administered to ensure our communities are informed about the speed in which we are delivering vaccinations.

Other NC Vaccine Offerings

As part of a public-private partnership, Atrium Health will begin administering over 16,000 vaccinations at the first of several mass vaccination events in the community beginning January 22 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Learn more.

UNC Health is following rules from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, including the order and timing of who can get a vaccine. Appointment registration is available online. Learn more.

Starting January 26, the Hoke clinic will be a walk-in clinic only, which allows individuals to remain in their vehicles until called. Learn more.

Walgreens is following state and local eligibility requirements to administer COVID-19 vaccinations. Learn more.

The availability of the vaccine is extremely limited at this time, and currently, Pinehurst Medical Clinic wants to make sure ALL patients understand:

As of February 25, 2021:

  • PMC has been recognized as a vaccination site by the State for Moore County and Lee County
  • PMC’s COVID-19 Vaccine Allocation from the State for week 2/23/2021:
    • Moore County:  100 Doses
    • Lee County:  100 Doses
      *Due to inclement weather last week, PMC’s Lee County Location received last week’s allocation of 100 doses with this week’s supply.

Important COVID19 Vaccine Scheduling Information for PMC Patients 65+:

If you would like to receive a COVID19 Vaccine, please communicate this to us by completing a Vaccine Request Form online: https://hipaa.jotform.com/210146484788060.

As PMC moves into Group 2, we will only contact patients who have submitted a PMC Vaccine Request Form.

PMC will contact patients who have submitted a vaccine request form as appointments become available through FirstHealth’s Operation FirstShot and as PMC receives vaccines in Lee County and Moore County.  At this time, vaccine supply remains limited.

Note, COVID19 Vaccine scheduling options continue to evolve throughout the State, and PMC anticipates future changes. However, PMC will inform you about the latest COVID19 scheduling developments using the contact information shared through PMC’s Vaccine Request Form.

Moore County Residents

Lee County Residents

Pinehurst Medical Clinic Patients who are 65+ and would like to receive the COVID19 Vaccine need to communicate this to us by completing a Vaccine Request Form online at https://hipaa.jotform.com/210146484788060 .  As PMC moves into Group 2, we will only contact patients who have submitted a Vaccine Request Form

PMC patients who have submitted a vaccine request form will be contacted to schedule an appointment as PMC receives vaccine allocation from the state in Lee County.

Lee County Health Department:  65+ are able to Pre-Register via phone at 919.721.4769 or 984.368.2112 Monday-Friday 8 am-Noon or 1 pm – 5 pm.

Hoke County Residents

Montgomery County Residents

Richmond County Residents

Pinehurst Medical Clinic patients who are 65+ in Richmond County and would like to receive the vaccine please call, 910.417.3030.  Leave a message stating your name and phone number.  You will be contacted within 72 hours to schedule your vaccine.

We encourage you to continue to practice the 3 “w’s”: Wear a mask, wait 6 feet apart, and wash your hands to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Remember to get your flu vaccine if you have not done so already to help keep you and your loved ones healthy during this flu season.
