Marcy Simpson, LCSW

Health Coach

Marcy joined PMC in May 2017, and travels to Sanford Medical Clinic one day per week.  She has practiced for over ten years in variety of settings all over the country to include a rural primary care clinic, a military installation, a hospital-based employee assistance program, and a women’s care clinic.  She provides individual psychotherapy for patients referred by their providers or by members of the Wellness Team, teaches classes geared to the emotional aspects of the patient for the Intensive Behavioral Therapy (IBT) program, and conducts Annual Wellness Visits. Her philosophy with therapy is strengths-based and she works with patients in developing resiliency and acceptance through various treatment modalities.  Marcy advocates for the balance of a healthy lifestyle blending physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness.
