Biography
Monica joined Pinehurst Medical Clinic’s Wellness Department in October 2021. She is a native of New York City but has been a long-time resident of North Carolina. She has worked with or on behalf of children and families for over twenty years through various military, non-profit and civilian careers. Her work has expanded into being a childcare provider, managing and administering programs that positively impact the lives of children, and providing behavioral health services for children and their families, individuals and couples. While serving vast populations, she strives to make a difference in the lives of others.
At Pinehurst Medical Clinic, Monica conducts Annual Wellness Visits and Behavioral Health Services. She believes that utilizing a strengths-based approach, meeting the patient where they are, and offering encouragement and support are necessary ingredients for success in almost any situation.
