CCMA Application Process

  • Current Role for 6+ Months:
    Must be in a position for at least six months and at PMC for 1 year.
  • No Disciplinary Actions:
    No corrective actions, verbal, or written warnings within the past 12 months.
  • Positive Annual Review:
    Annual performance review must meet or exceed expectations.
  • Commitment to Time Requirements:
    Acknowledged and committed to the program's time demands and 2-year work commitment.
  • Cohort Size:
    5-8 students per cohort.

Time Commitment

Program Duration: 21 weeks in total.
Work Commitment:
2-year work commitment required after graduation.
Study Time:
1-2 hours per day (approximately 10 hours per week) dedicated to coursework outside of class
Module Completion:
All modules must be completed outside of working hours
Clinical Attendance:
95% attendance required for 13-week clinical rotations.

First Day

Course Syllabus: Detailed breakdown of course objectives and content.

HR Paperwork: Completion of necessary HR documentation and forms.

Attendance Policy

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes, labs, and clinical sessions.
  • Absences must be reported 24 hours in advance
  • Excessive absences, defined as missing more than 10% of scheduled hours, may result in disciplinary action or dismissal from the program.

Course Expectations & Overview

Students are expected to spend at least 10 hours per week using the modules required to complete the program. 
Maintain at least 75% of quizzes or practice tests and attend 95% of in-person classes.  
Assignments and Modules are due weekly on Sunday at 11:59 pm

21 Weeks of Online Modules: Self-paced learning through comprehensive online content through NHA

8 Weeks in Current Role: Work in existing position until the start of clinical rotations

13-Week Clinical Rotations: 40 hours per week in hands-on clinical experience at internal sites

Weekly In-Person Class: Attend class once a week for 2-3 hours for interactive learning and discussions.
