CCMA Application Process

- Current Role for 6+ Months:
Must be in a position for at least six months and at PMC for 1 year. - No Disciplinary Actions:
No corrective actions, verbal, or written warnings within the past 12 months. - Positive Annual Review:
Annual performance review must meet or exceed expectations. - Commitment to Time Requirements:
Acknowledged and committed to the program's time demands and 2-year work commitment. - Cohort Size:
5-8 students per cohort.
