Pinehurst Medical Clinic Adds New Provider to Walk-In Clinic in Sanford

July 20th, 2026

Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) recognizes the growing need for same-day access to care for urgent, non-life-threatening medical issues. To help meet that need, PMC welcomes the newest addition to its Walk-In Clinic team in Sanford, Jessica Hopper, PA-C.

Hopper earned her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, NC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with a concentration in Human Biology from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC.

Hopper pursued a career in healthcare to provide patient-centered care and improve patients’ quality of life. She shared, “Medicine isn’t a one-size-fits-all field, and patients deserve treatments tailored to their individual health needs and concerns.” From this belief, she developed a care philosophy focused on advocacy and patient-centered care in all aspects of health. “I never want a patient to feel their concerns are being overlooked, no matter how big or small,” Hopper said. “I strive every day to make patients active participants in their health journey while providing them with the highest quality of care.”

When considering the next step in her career, Hopper knew she wanted to join PMC. She said the organization’s commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, along with its strong dedication to the community, made the decision an easy one.

Hopper is excited to move to the Sandhills, and outside of work, she enjoys watching the Carolina Hurricanes hockey team, Buffalo Bills football team, and spending time with her family.

PMC’s Walk-In Clinic locations are located at 1413 Greenway Court, Sanford, NC and 200 Pavilion Way, Southern Pines, NC, and are available to established PMC patients.
