Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) welcome Nicole Depew, FNP, to the pulmonary team in Sanford. Depew joins PMC with a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping patients better understand and manage conditions affecting their lung health.
Depew graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both from Marymount University, Arlington, VA.
“I chose healthcare because I wanted a career where I could make a difference in someone’s life every day,” Depew shared. "I believe in partnering with patients, advocating for their long-term wellbeing, and empowering them through education.”
In her role, Depew will work alongside PMC’s pulmonary care team to evaluate and manage a variety of respiratory conditions while providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families. She believes that building strong relationships with patients is an important part of helping them feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care while ultimately helping them to breathe easier.
When deciding on her next career step, Depew chose PMC for its commitment to care, which aligns with her own values, as well as its strong reputation for clinical excellence.
The addition of Depew reflects PMC’s continued commitment to meeting the healthcare needs of the community and providing patients with convenient access to specialized care close to home.
Depew has spent much of the past 20 years living abroad and is excited to lay down roots and settle in the Sandhills. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and spending time with her family.
