Pinehurst Medical Clinic (PMC) a trusted leader in local healthcare, is pleased to announce the addition of Leanna Lassiter, FNP, to its team at PMC- Heather Glen in Pinehurst.
With continued population growth and heightened healthcare needs, PMC is expanding its capacity to ensure timely, personalized, and accessible care for individuals and families throughout the community.
Lassiter earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
Driven by a lifelong calling to help others, Lassiter found her purpose in healthcare, a field where she can educate patients, offer support during challenging times, and be a steady presence throughout their health journeys. She has created a care philosophy that centers on building collaborative, long-term relationships with patients, creating individualized care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
“I’m a strong advocate for preventive care and patient education so we can stay ahead of potential issues before they become bigger problems,” said Lassiter. “I also value inclusivity and providing culturally sensitive care. Every patient deserves to feel respected, safe, and understood.”
During her clinical rotations, Lassiter had the opportunity to train alongside several PMC providers. She was deeply impressed by their dedication, compassion, and teamwork, qualities that inspired her to join a patient-centered environment where she could make a meaningful impact every day.
Lassiter has lived in Pinehurst for a while and loves to call this area home. When not caring for patients, she loves to spend time with her family and enjoys her favorite family tradition of game night. She also enjoys traveling and reading.
Leanna Lassiter, FNP, will see patients at PMC Primary Care- Heather Glen, located at 15 Regional Drive, Pinehurst, NC.
