Our gastroenterologists diagnose and treat a broad range of diseases, from irritable bowel syndrome and gallstones to inflammatory bowel disease and cancer of the stomach, liver or related organs.
The most advanced techniques are used to diagnose and treat these conditions. Treatment may include medication, surgery, or non-invasive interventions, as well as changes in diet and lifestyle. When appropriate, our gastroenterologists will recommend clinical trials at tertiary academic institutions, such as the University of North Carolina or Duke University.
