Diana Lech, MD

Biography

Dr. Diana Lech is a dedicated and experienced gastroenterology physician, bringing seven years of clinical experience to patients at PMC Gastroenterology – Heather Glen.

Dr. Lech earned her medical degree from the Zucker School of Medicine in Hempstead, NY, and went on to complete a three-year internal medicine residency, where she served an additional year as Chief Internal Medicine Resident. She was also named Chief Fellow during her gastroenterology fellowship.

Dr. Lech’s care philosophy centers on ensuring patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Dr. Lech enjoys outdoor activities such as horseback riding, skiing, and spending time at the beach. She has a passion for live music, enjoys reading nonfiction, and, having recently moved to the Sandhills, looks forward to exploring the community and honing her golf skills.
