Biography
Karen Patterson, DNP, is an internal medicine provider at Pinehurst Medical Clinic. Karen serves patients at PMC - Morganton Park in Southern Pines.
Karen received her doctor of nursing practice with a concentration in adult gerontology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, and her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in Greensboro, NC.
As an internal medicine provider, Karen is an expert in promoting healthy living, disease prevention, health maintenance, treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and more. Karen is also dementia certified. As part of the PMC organization, she has access to several specialty care and wellness resources to provide the best possible care to improve their patients’ overall health and well-being.
