Brandy Newtown, FNP

Biography

Brandy Newtown, FNP, will see patients in Sanford at PMC Primary Care - Carthage Street. Brandy brings over 28 years of clinical experience. 

Brandy earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from South University in Atlanta, GA. She earned her associate’s degree in nursing from Central Carolina Community College, Sanford NC, and then went on to pursue an accelerated Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Nursing Administration and Management from Aspen University, Denver, CO.

Brandy realized at an early age that she wanted to be part of a profession that promoted healing, comfort, and hope for people. She recognized that healthcare was the way to do that by being there for families and patients during times of vulnerability and seeing that compassionate care can make a difference in someone’s life.

Brandy is a NC native and grateful for the opportunity to care for individuals and families in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, traveling, and exploring small towns throughout North Carolina.
